A few years back VW/Audi had supplier discounts in the USA and Canada. My company was a member of the program and the discount on all vehicles was 5% below invoice. This may be a good number to shoot for. The Audi program was discontinued, but the VW program remains. True Car lists invoice pricing on vehicles..
