This worked for My 2019 A8, having this problem for 2 weeks, finally sorted by playing with the operating system. This seems like a glitch in the system. I'm glad that it worked for me...

It worked for my 2019 A8L
Just got the car 2 weeks ago and I had the same issue. I selected another blank profile (user) and then reselected mine and did the car locking procedure as linked in a previous post. That seemed to fix things and now my seats, mirrors, wheel all are stored to the key.

Ask your dealer. There is TSB on car seat memory (not recalled settings) which should solve the problem.

Hello,
I can confirm that I was able to set my seats to recall with key fob after changing the profile and following the method in the video for my Q8.
It did not work with changing to empty profile rather I had to set new profile and then switched to the original profile to save the changes as in the video method.
Let's now see till how long this fix works.
Audi please fix such glitches... Even honda and Toyota's have perfected in small details.
