Anyone has issue with getting text messages through the MMI system via Bluetooth? I have an Android phone, and have it setup to sync messages. Even though I get a notification for new texts with a a snippet of the message on the drop down status bar, once I click on it, the inbox says no messages. Weird, since going to the sent folder, shows all the sent texts.

You might want to check permissions on your phone. It might be allowing the car to access messages.
