Purchased a Q8 yesterday and noticed that the MyAudi app is complaining that there is a window open when they aren't. When I had my Q7, the app would display a picture of the vehicle with the open bits highlighted in red but this image does not appear for the Q8. Anyone experience this? I will be taking it back to the dealer to get a few things done and will have them take a look but wondering if this is common?

Check to see the last update by date/time stamp. I've noticed mine sometimes has a delay in updating with current info. So what you might be seeing may be from an old time period from when it was last updated.

Unfortunately, that's not it. I was able to refresh it as it was about an hour stale but it still thinks something is open. I have yet in 4-5 trips to see a status otherwise. I may have some sort of calibration problem. I'll get the shop to look at it when I take it in for a planned service in the next week or two.

The key fob and door button have a feature that if you hold them down, they'll first lock the vehicle and then after a second or two will close all the windows and sunroof. I used this my last couple of times out and after 2 uses, this situation resolved itself. The first time I don't think it flashed the lights that indicates everything is closed (additional to the lock flash) and the app still indicated open windows. The second time, I did get the windows closed flash and the app was in agreement. I think this was simply a break-in issue.
