This has happened more than once. Reentering name and password is a fix, but will this keep recurring? The MyAudi app is in communication with the vehicle.

I have the exact same problem; one of many annoyances!

Yeah, this is annoying. Has anyone figured out the cause or fix? When we reached out to Audi, they said to uninstall the myAudi app and reinstall the app on the iPhone (not sure how that is tied into the issue, but the favorite addresses actually came back when we did that. However, after a few days, the favorite address disappeared again. This is a 2021 Q8 P+. Thanks!

I had the same issue with my 2020. The dealer updated the software, the issue went away, and has not returned.

Thanks so much. I'm going to ask my dealership to take a look too. Will report back. Hope it can be fixed with an update.

Thanks for listing that. Always glad to have solid info when at the dealership so they can't deflect me easily.

So the wife took the car back a few days ago and told the service department the problem and what we have seen on this forum. Didn't get an solid answer if this is something that's known or can be fixed. They kept the car.
Next day, service dept. called back to let us know that they "resetted" the system per Audi's instruction. Nothing about "updating" the software.

It has only been two days since we got the car back, wife will report back if the favorite address continues to disappear.
