4 should be yes. I’ll double check for you but I believe there is a shade that you pull manually and then it automatically retracts. As far as 13 there is Google search functionality that works well through navigation. But this may be part of the Audi Connect Services, I couldn’t find the description of all the services on the app.

Got around to reading the boring stuff and have some more questions. On page 269, it refers to cars having a tire mobility kit. (Compressor, tire sealant bottle). Does it have that or a real spare?
On page 283, under Fuses and Bulbs, says in panel #4, fuse #3 is for sound actuator/exhaust sound tuning. Does the car make fake exhaust noises?

It sounds like it has the Sound Aktor fake engine noise and there’s no OBD setting to change the volume like in past Audi’s that I can find. There is a retractable luggage cover and a spare tire.

Theres the fuse referenced here in the manual but I’m not sure if it’s the soundaktor since it’s spelled differently, but may be worth testing out.

I just found the 2019 Quick Questions & Answers guide (documents/quick-start-guide/2019/2019-Q8-QSG.pdf) and it shows Hill Hold Assist as #3 in lower display. Says to activate, press and hold brake pedal for several seconds. The vehicle must be facing uphill.

Not exactly the same as the hold button on EU models or BMW, which, when activated, holds the car after braking whether it is faced uphill, downhill, or just stopped in traffic. If I have to activate it by holding the brake pedal "several seconds," and contemplate whether I am "facing uphill" and to what degree to keep the car from moving, I might as well just keep my foot on the brake.
