Engine illumination
In the Euro specs for the car I read about 'LED lights illuminating the engine compartment'. I'm not sure if it's available in the US but it should be. What is that all about? Anyone have any pics?

Don't know if it's an option in the States ? Will be taking more pics tomorrow night, now I've had a chance to wash and polish her. I'll take a picture of the lights from the rear

Yea, I didn't know, and I know most people here are from the US. I think I'm one of the few Europeans.
Looks great on black. I have considered red as a suitable color for it too. While both colors are beastly, brilliant red is a bit too striking for a car that will stand out anyway. Black is both classy and aggressive.

P.S.: What is the Bluetooth like? Have they improved it from previous models? My A4 BT interface couldn't read any number from the phone memory on phones more recent than the 6230i.

I haven't tried to access the phone memory yet, but the thing works very well, in fact foo well. I was waxing the car last night, and talking to one of my neighbours. I had the radio on, and the phone had connected to the car.
My mate called me, and I answered the call, on the handset, thinking it would just disconnect.
When it didn't, I opened the door, and at full volume he shouted "Get that Fkn thing off!"
