Sorry for any confusion. The pics in front of the farm are of the actual car. I took pics from the back, but it had the name of the dealer, and I am not a photoshop whiz. I of course remembered these pics because of the lovely girl, and used some from different angles I thought it looked good from.
The incorrect VIN and location are just so Audi doesn't try to give me a hard time about selling due to a very weak repurchase agreement they had me sign. I have decided to expand my business and need the funds from the car for a second location. I put that people must contact me before bidding, so I can disclose all of the above information to serious bidders. I feel the price is the best out there right now, and though my feedback isn't in the thousands all of my transactions since 2000 have been 100% positive. The car is babied, and located in the north east.
It is available for personal inspection to serious bidders.

The question is whether the owner paid MSRP, and is now looking to milk the market, or whether they paid a premium and are trying to get it back. Dealers get really annoyed when they sell at sticker, only to have a customer take advantage of their integrity. Sends them a clear message that they should mark up their cars - screw the customer.
Ferrari dealers do this and have done this for many years. Sometimes they require you buy several less desirable cars from them, before they give you allocation for the desirable car. They will drop you from the list if you do not sell the cars back to them as well.
Using false pics and vin# is poor form to say the least, and smells more like a scam - to say nothing of the legal angle. Let's put it this way - dealers often have a shady reputation - and yet if a dealer tried either to use pics of another car or a false vin#, they would be shut down immediately. It's very illegal and I've never heard of one even risking it.
