My wife's car has developed an issue recently where the MMI does't always boot when the car is started. If it doesn't boot i can usually fix the problem by turning off the ignition, removing the key, and restarting the car. Her car is coming up on 5 years old, so I replaced the battery at the dealer and had them program the new one to the car. The issue still persists, however.

If anyone has advice I'd appreciate it. Also, I'd be willing to compensate someone near Salt Lake City that has a VAGCOM, and could help me diagnose the problem before I spend $$$ at the dealer.
