The sources for the adaptors (part nos SAK-1104 & 1105) are in the UK and they don't seem to ship to the US. Has anyone else located a US supplier for these or know of UK supplier that will ship here?

I really like the stock looks. Plus, I'd also just recently replaced the cd changer. The trigger for my replacing the speakers is that the LF speaker does not appear to be functioning properly -- i.e. the volume level is lower out of the left than the right. Since the Delta does not have balance controls, I suspect the speaker (has given me problems in the past) and was planning on replacing.
