I read at least once that a B7 Concert II+ would not work in a 2002 B6. The dealer said to that guy that Audi had changed the CAN and that the require messages for the Concert II+ are not present in the B6. Do you have a B7 Symphony II+ and did it work in a B6 or C5?

It works.
Just followed a discussion on Audi4ever.at and there was a guy who installed the Concert II+ in his 2002 B6. The dealer was to f^&*!@# stupid and swapped CAN high/low, that was the reason why it initially didn't work. After sorting that out the Concert II+ worked fine. I suppose it will be the same with a Symphony II+ in a B6.
