CD Player won't eject cds

You can try rebooting the HU by pulling the fuse for 30 seconds, ....
but I am not optimistic it's going to work, usually in this situation, the HU must be exchanged for a new or rebuilt HU at the dealer. The CDs are supposed to be returned, but I never got my CDs back from the depot/dealer.
