?Connecting iPod to Bose 01 Factory System?
I have an Apple ipod with headphone jack out. How can I connect it to my Audi Factory Bose 2001 system? Is there a spare jack on the back of my headunit if I don't have the trunk 6 disc changer? Any help would be appreciated!!!!

If you don't have the changer, you need an adapter....
There is no jack on the back to do this easily, I'm afraid.
This is the adapter you need.

Re: If you don't have the changer, you need an adapter....
I did this and got pretty marginal sound quality. The volume needed to be turned up on the head unit while the iPod needed to be turned down to minimize distortion. Even so, the quality was nearer to that of a cassette than a CD. Anyone else experience this?
