Cooling Fans .... anyone have ideas for some good quality quite ones?

I had a 3" PC fan hooked up to my last system in my truck. Got it at a PC/electronics hardware store
I could only hear it when I was sitting with the car off and the volume at 0. And it was like three feet from my head. It was only like $12, and I powered it through the remote power terminal that was on my amp. The one that comes from the HU and turns the amp on when the HU comes on. I also put an inline fuse and switch in it, so I could turn it on and off whenever and if it fried, it would short anything else. Hope this helps. Good luck.
