how can i get my cds out of cd changer if its not hooked up anymore?
i have no way to hook up old radio , and i just want my 6 cds back ...

Use this diagram, stick some pins or a small nail in the *correct* holes in the end...
of the changer cable. Apply +12V and Gnd, hit the button.
You might be able to get by with a fresh 9V.
Or try a power adapter that you have in house, one of the "black cube' deals, at least a 9V, 12V *DC* ! not AC!
This is a view looking at the end of the cable coming from the changer.

Find someone with an A4/A6/A8 and ask to plug it in to there harness in the trunk.
it should take more than 5 minutes. If you were up in Boston...I'd give you a hand.
