I installed an alpine 4 channel amp and everything works fine except the Fader and Balance
I can get either 1 to work but not both. The HU is the Factory Audi Symphony. Any thoughts? Thanks

What did you use in terms of sending the signal to the amp?
did you install the Blaupunkt adapter or did you run some left/right hi/low adapter. If so that would definately be your problem there as you would only have a L/R balance setup and not a F/R fader, or vice versa depending on the way it was installed.
