If you've got the Symphony unit, you've already got a CD build in...

As such, you're a candidate for the installation I did (see my sig for a link to the TechArticle that resulted). If you need an AUX input for something else (e.g., Sirius Radio), you're back to checking out the USAspec option or one of the other ones you'll find at <a href="http://www.enfigcarstereo.com">enfigcarstereo.com</a>. Ask for Christian -- very helpful.
