MMI
I have an A3 , 2016 year. My MMI is still greying out a lot of tracks on SD card even though all are in MP3 format. Please help as I am running out of options.Be aware, I am not a great techie so be gentle.

That's a tough one to diagnose...
Typically, the songs will be greyed-out, because:
1. They aren't ripped into a format that the MMI can read. But you are certain they are MP3 format?
2. They were ripped with some sort of funky codec, or missing a codec.
3. There is an error on the actual MP3 file.
I would recommend deleting the songs that are greyed-out, and try reinstalling them onto the SD card.
I've only ever had this issue once before, and it was because of a corrupt MP3 file.
Deleted it, and re-installed it, and it was fine.
