Default question for everyone with aftermarket headunits???

On the dash, between the speedometer and RPM's, there is that little "screen" that says the track number of the CD you are listening to. Will this feature still work with a Alpine Cda-9813 (not that it matters what model it is)

But the other functions still work - gas icon, and washer fluid icon still come on.
