Unable to release right side of radio. Any ideas? (more)
The left side was a breeze. For some reason, the right side will not release. I can feel the spring clip and release it, but it will not budge.
This is a 99.5 A4 w/Concert.

I had the same problem once (more)
The previous owner had installed a cell phone bracket which was essentially pinning the stereo in place. I believe the one clip was damaged. I ended up inserting the picks, and pretty much prying the unit out using a small flathead screwdriver (careful not to mark up the trim or damage the radio) It finally came out after some wiggling and prying.
