Will I need an adapter.....
to install an fm modulated cd changer with a4 delta radio? It seems that to tap into the antenna I will need an adapter for the back of the radio but I am not sure. If I do need one does any one know where I can get one? Any other help in advance could also come in handy, since I am attempting to do this for the first time. Thanks.

No adapter needed ...
BUT you need a good frequency section of your FM band with no stations around it. The modulator cannot broadcast well over an existing signal.
That was the case with a universal modulator I bought to work with my handheld minidisc player. Couldn't find a clean open section on my FM band; gave up on the modulator approach.

This FM modulator is different than what I've seen, then
Ones I associate as "FM modulator" are actually little transmitters, so the connection is wireless.
Looked at Crutchfield catalog; looks like they plug in between the antenna and the head unit. So prob. what you need is an antenna socket adapter.
Might try Crutchfield site or places that sell the CD changer direct connectors like PIE or Blitzsafe.
