WTF!! I need some help and opinions
I have a 99 A4 w/bose and my effing am/fm went out on my radio. The cd changer still works and plays fine but when I switch to fm all I hear is buzzing. I have taken out the deck and checked all the connections and its good. Now heres my delimea do I take it back to Audi and pay my $50 deductable to get a new stock stereo, or do I spend some money and get a nice deck?? Also if I do get a new head-unit will it work with the rest of the stock Bose system??
Thanks.
Thanks.

How much do you like your system?
Because you will need to replace speakers to get a new HU. and to get a comprable system it might cost you a good $600. (depending on HU) I like my Symphony just fine, so Im going to stick with that, but its really a matter of preference (Aftermarket HU's usually look quite tacky)

I've hear alot of stock and aftermarket systems and the Bose stock systems are by far...
the best stock system in any car. If it were my car i'd stick with the Bose, unless your going for a competition sound system. The clarity of Bose components is almost God-like.
