Default Boost Levels and Lines

Hi guys,

I've had a boost gauge fitted, and it's been plummed into the 'Master Brake Cylinder' line? I am by no means an expert, so I'm wondering how truly indicative the gauge reading will be of the boost?

In first gear I get a reading of about 8psi, but when I change into second, I get up to about 20psi.
So far as I know, this is way more than I should get from my 'supposedly' stock ecu.

Any thoughts, opinions, comments?

Cheers

You should plump it to the intake manifold or the section that goes to the FPR.
