"Brilliant" Black

If you're happy with the swirls, that's good for you.
He kinda asked how he's supposed to get rid of them, which makes me think, maybe you're not the most qualified person to answer, since you're fine with them.

Does it bother you I use otc products and my car looks perfect, no swirls?
Even the wheels marks the dealer's "paint shop" left on my adjacent panels buffed and glazed out fine, by hand...with plain old Meg's. Why do you find that so implausible? Drinkin' that Kool-Aid!?
Sorry, I'm a little too skeptical to allow the "professional" detailers to touch my car with their "abrasives" and electric "buffers" and their solution for a thousand scratches: a million scratches.

My 07 A4 was brilliant black at one point.... Now just black... I have kept the swirls off for the
most part. The most important thing is to be extremely careful when washing and drying. Get a coat of Glanz or FMJ on there ASAP.
Biggest problem is in how you wash and dry, that is how the swirls appear. Do the two bucket approach, lots of suds and MF waffle weeve drying towel.
