Default Audi A6 Front Bumper recall
I just bought my first Audi... A 99 A6 2.8 with 47K Audi Certified. Santorin Blue and had a torn front bumper from pulling to close to curbs. I found that Audi is doing a one time courtesy replacement! Over a thousand dollars from Audi for free! What a deal!
Just thought I'd share just in case some of you haven't heard.
Now I need to repaint the hood from all the chips that stand out.

That doesn't sound like a recall, just something nice they are doing for you. It's cool either way.

It would have to be a recall if Audi is paying for it and not the dealer. Wouldn't it?

Again, it's a recall. It's one part of a settlement in a class action law suit.
