BB touch up is a pain..i've used wet sanding and lanka-any other advice on touching up?

BB touch up is a pain..i've used wet sanding and lanka-any other advice on touching up?
wet sanding works out ok, IF you are extremely careful, and you MUST use a sanding block. otherwise, you will get waves in the paint.
it is scary using doing that though, so i'm trying langka. it isn't working out as well as i'd hoped, but on the plus side, you can't really screw up.
does anyone have any advice on using langka or another method of touch up?
