Default Black Paint/Tar spots on the hood...[m]
It's lightly splattered around the driver's side headlight/hood. They are the size of a pin head and somewhat clustered together. I was able to use my fingernail to remove a few of them, but what can I use on my paint and the plastic headlight cover to remove these spots. Manufacturer's name too please. TIA

Default clay magic clay bar, can get it at most auto part stores...
but i know gfor sure kragen carries it.

Default WOW! Clay removed the spots...with a little patience.
Thanks for the tips! I decided to Clay my hood and what a difference! Smoooooooooooth.
