In case anyone was wondering why B5>* let me remind you :-P <xpost>

Detail was as follows:
Five Star suds via two bucket with sheepskin and 1400 psi karcher pressure washer
Dried with a ultra soft MFW
First run was Menzerna Nano-polish applied with a green pad (via dewalt DW849@1200rpms)
Second run was Menzerna FPII with an LC white pad (1000RPMs)
Third Run was Final Touch Glaze with an LC Black Pad (via DA speed 5)
Coated it with FMJ.
A friend who started a detailing business gave me a lot of Menzerna products and asked me to compare them to what I normally use. I will note that they are more "user friendly" though I dont agree that they are "better" than the meguiars pro-line, der shiney stuff or 3M. I will say that someone who does details all day would likely get more for their money out of this stuff for sure as it takes less time to get a good result (perfect for 99% of customers) and you really dont have to use as much. I do believe that for a true perfected finish I could do a better job with meguiars. BUT I am getting a daily driver A4 that will likely have trashed paint and will need some TLC so i will give the heavier grit Menzerna products some love and try out the 85RD as well. FWIW I do like this stuff better using it on a color like nogaro (I have used on it on silver and white cars before which yielded mediocre results as i think P21S just makes silver look better). The slickness of FMJ is nice and on par with the der shiney stuff that I have. just my .02 cents. My comparison is based on products that I have used from meguiars, 3M, der, P21S, to name a few. The menzerna is good stuff. I look forward to see how well it can restore an 8 year old poorly cared for A4.

https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/2641075.phtml</a
