Does 3M make a Carnuba paste wax?

Nope, but here's a great link to their entire on-line store.

Yes...
...but it's only 7%-13% carnauba
look up the MSDS sheet for chemical contents<ul><li><a href="http://products.mmm.com/us/auto_marine_aero/products/aad.jhtml?powurl=GSGP4KMYRRgsGSLPLPKL4XgeGST1T4S9T CgvGSL2KT8YV8glGST49DHXY5bl_LGus1english">3M Perfect-It Show Car Paste Wax 39526</a></li></ul>

Not Carnuba....see more complete description

Here's the MSDS sheet which list the ingredients.
I was hoping that I would just answer a simple question.
Section 1 Ingredients.
Insignificant as the amount is it still contains Carnauba wax 7-13%. Blitz wax contain about 30%. Zymol is about 33%.<ul><li><a href="http://products.mmm.com/us/auto_marine_aero/products/aad.jhtml?powurl=GSGP4KMYRRgsGSLPLPKL4XgeGST1T4S9T CgvGSL2KT8YV8glGST49DHXY5bl_e20710103+7050_LGus1en glish">MSDS for 3M Perfect-It Show Car Paste Wax</a></li></ul>

The presence of the silicone polymers is what I was referring to.
All carnauba waxes have some of the other stuff 3M lists to make the carnauba "workable", but the silicone polymers may not be good for the paint, and may be enough to consider this wax "different" from a true carnauba.
I used to use this stuff for quite some time, until I heard that silicone products were not good for the paint, and made paintwork somewhat problematic if the surface wasn't treated carefully.
