How aggressive is the Purple LC foamed wool pad?

Per LC, it's past the Yellow in designed agressiveness... I wouldn't think 106 and this pad...
would be a good combination. You'd totally negate the light polishing power of the 106 with a super rough pad.
SIP would probably be a nice combo for paint in bad shape.

I've used it with PG.
Its definitely more aggressive than the orange or yellow pads.
The roof and hood of my car were swirled by the previous owner taking it to automatic car washes. I tried the foam pads on the hood, then ordered the wool pad and did the roof (and worked my way down to 85RD and a white pad). The roof turned out better than the hood, for sure.
The only downside is that it gets caked up pretty quickly, so you will need to clean it frequently if you are doing correction on a large portion of the car.
