Default How do I get rid of this?

I have no idea how this happened. I've never seen it before. The photo is a shot of the hood, but the roof is the same way. You can feel the difference before the smooth and hazy areas. Is this something that can be taken out with the right stuff? Thanks in advance!

I'd be looking for the SOB who drove over you.

Default Somebody had a similar issue on a black car many years ago on this forum.

Can't remember what they ended up doing though. Had something to do with the clearcoat under the surface doing some funky stuff.
