How long it take to get stuff from Car Care Online?
I'm in FL and they're in NJ for reference. I was charged 9/19 and nothing has still showed up. Going to have to call tomorrow.

Typically, they ship out orders around 7PM weekdays.
The shipping time under the mercy of UPS's ground shipping schedules...but you are well outside that window.
Yeah, you should have had it by now...unless one of the items in your order was backordered. Def. call them and ask. I'm not really sure how they handle backorders (partial shipments, or one delayed shipment).

Very strange. Normally, I get it in 2 days. Now, you're in Florida, but it still shouldn't take
this long. Give Larry a call and check into it. Some UPS guy may be detailing his truck with your stuff. :-( In all seriousness though, give him a ring, he'll help you figure it out.

My package has been siting there for T-E-N days and no one thought to CALL me to say "Hey, we've had this stuff for a while".
Going to have my G/F pick it up at lunch when she goes home.

they sent my shipment to the wrong person...
they said it was the first time that it has happened. Not a big surpise to me because my luck with shipping is so sh!tty. But i didn't make a fuss they are nice people, had to wait a couple extra days... But just recived a phone call that it has arrived at the house.
