Default How often do you replace your polishing pads

I've been using the same pads for almost 4 years now. They don't really show any signs of wear but all the newer technology out makes me want to try some different stuff. Is it really worth buying all new pads or should I just stick with what I got.

I'm using the old 6" Lake County pads that Classic Motoring Accessories used to sell before they started selling those constant pressure pads. I have 2 orange pads for swirl removal, 2 white pads for lighter polishing, a grey pad for glazes, and a finishing pad. I just bought some Menzerna PO85RD from Phil so I think I can use the white pad for that and save the orange pads for Menzerna IP which I almost never use.
