1. [optional] soak for a few hours any especially dirty MF towels in a bucket of water with a bit of washing detergent and equal amount of Griot's MF & Pad Cleaner. Swish them around a time or two during their soaking tiem. Rinse out most of the dirty water and soap...
2. Put MF towels into a clean front-load washer with Griot's MF cleaner and detergent. Don't use too much or it won't rinse out even with "extra" rinse selected. Run a separate rinse cycle if they didn't rinse out well.
3. Select the hottest setting (never choose cold for MF washing), and extra rinse. If well rinsed by the end of the cycle, dry on LOWEST heat setting, for 14-18 minutes on timed cycle. towels should be DAMP (u don't want to overheat in dryer).
4. finish drying on racks. Towels should be clean, fluffy (if you have great quality MF towels), and SOFT. If not you may have poor quality MF towels.
