Is it true that maintenance costs of Audi's are high? Simple works that takes 15 minutes on other cars takes approximately one hour on Audi cars. Works that take two hours on Toyota , Audi takes twice than this.

In general, a 4 cylinder Audi isn't necessarily more difficult to work on than a 4 cylinder Toyota. When you start discussing a V10 engine stuffed into a small engine bay, and repairing all wheel drive systems, yes, the Audi could be far more involved in terms of repairs.
