Any recommendation on the right product or instructions to follow to fill the hole before it becomes bigger?
Any help or advice appreciated

Default LI-S4 gouged his seat once with garden shears
and performed some stop gap measure that minimized the affect considerably. Consider emailing him for the technique he used.
