I already did the Klasse AIO and then Klasse sealant initially. I'm going to wash my car again and wanted to know if I can just put the sealant on and not have to do the AIO. If so can this be done every week if i wash my car that often?

You can certainly apply every time you wash your car, but 5 coats seems to be the point where you won't get much benefit.

for the SG that would be plenty. AIO 2x per year

Since you can layer the SG, one coat a month sounds like a good plan. Personally, I would do one coat a month for three months. I would then wait 3-5 months, AIO then start over. It would be nice, if one could just keep adding coats, but your car would really benefit from an annual cleaning, so you need to factor that into the equation.
