Default Flip a rag

I know on this forum this is heresy, but IMHO all the top-line brands in any given usage are more or less comparable, it comes down to personal preference. Oh and price, although we're not talking about hundreds of dollars here. You can prolly even grab something decent at the Boys of Pep if you wanta save more schekels, but I've been using Lexol for years on a number of different car seats and it's fine.

I noticed in an ad last night that they now make lexol and vinylex wipes too, which would be handier but prolly a bit more $$$$.

Default If you can't float the Audi cleaner, you better sell...it's on sale for 3.00

I've used the Audi Cleaner and Lotion on our 02 & 03 and like it (I don't have anything to compare it to except for some Meguiar's leather care that I used briefly on my C4 A6 before dumping it).

The cleaner does a good job cleaning (I have ebony leather) and follow up with the lotion. I do it 3-4 times a year. In between, I'll use a swiffer to dust or a vacuum with very soft bristles to get stuff up or a periodic wipe with a slightly damp cloth.

The lotion--Audi suggests rubbing in with your hands. Kind of rough on your hands after a while..I just apply it on a lint-free cotton cloth. I apply a good amount rubbing it into the leather, then I'll let it set. I'll do a final buff 3-4 hours later. Leaves the seats treated, not greasy or shiny. If you have the leather door inserts, you can use it too.

Audi USA
