Sir,
I recently saw the difference between the rear seats of an Audi a8 and a s8.Does the s8 come with split rear seats and driving seat folding function for the passenger to keep their legs on and rear seat entertainment like the a8?????

Assuming you mean the current generation cars.... no, the S8 does not offer the executive rear seating.
You can get the entertainment package in the S8.
