Default is there a good snow repellant?

I saw my neighbor's BMW, which had been parked outside while it was snowing for the whole afternoon, had no snow piles on top of his car (only a very thin layer on his roof, but that was it). Compared to my Zaino and Rain-X treated car, heavily covered in the snow, I can conclude that its a miracle. I am sure he stayed there for the whole afternoon though, since I can view the cars from my window.

So is there such thing as a snow repellant that can prevent snows from piling up on ur car? (besides salt, of course)

thanks
