Default Will 3M SMR for light colored cars work on a dark car?

I bought some SMR off the internet, and they sent me SMR for light colored cars. My car is Dolphin Gray. Will this work or will it not work on dark cars? I just don't want to have to send it back. Thanks

Default Yes, I do this all the time. It's really no big deal...

I've used the SMR "light color" formula on dark vehicles with the same great results.

I've used 39009 on a lighter color'd car and it worked fine. I think 3m has one for lighter colors.
