Default "dumb ?" but how "reliable" would a '01 A8 4.2L be?....I have a collegue
who is giving his car back on a lease. And with the residual being at $19k and the car has only 80,000kms.....a "good" deal?

Default Weak sauce. Twin turbos and supercharged is the way to go with the 4.2L ;P

Default That's what I though...but then I bought a A6 4.2 from a "friend" 2 yrs ago
And turned out to me a pain the in the butt and wallet
