I need info as to why I've had 3 security issues on my account in the past 12 months.
CIBC customer service is almost as useless as Rogers CSR people are.

... you see the commercials for VISA where somebody wins the "prize" of their monthly bill zeroed out.
I never had any security issues with CIBC though I had my RBC chequing account 0wn3d. Reminds me, I need to call CIBC on an item that appeared on my latest statement.....

The only thing they can zero out these days is their stock price
Sick of watching those shares lose value, and the thought of buying more shares to average it out makes me even sicker.
