Need help?
my GF's car (a4 1.8t) gonna reach 100k what do she need to do ?
replace the following items
-timing belt
-water pump
-thermosat
-tensioner
-serpentine belt
is there anything that still need to replace or change?

while you're in there: cam shaft seal, tensioner roller, idler roller, V belts, snub mount...
... cam shaft seal only if its leaking. snub mount optional.
