We have memory driver power seat 2007 while the US doesn't.

Is it just me or does it not make 1000000x more sense to phase out tip & offer only manual/DSG?

Default An obvious guess for that one is that

with the low USD they need to cut more cost, while up here, the stronger CAD means we can cut less. And don't forget our cars are more $$$ relative to US to begin with.

They said they'd keep the stick in the sporty models, so that's more than Mercedes offers.

DSG is only available in cars with transversally mounted engines.

That's changing with B8 right? I don't think they are taking manuals out for B7.

i doubt it - i don't think they've figured out dsg for non-transverse

Default Signs are pointing to B8 A5 with DSG in 2 months in Geneva

So I think DSG for longitutudal layout is ready for prime time on the new MLP platform.
