Default Poll - what would you choose for your new car?

I'm all over the map (relatively speaking - still within the Audi universe). I was going to bring up an 2006 S4 from the U.S. - had made a deal but it fell through (long story). Now looking at 3 options, all 2008's:

A4 3.2 S-line, black, new at dealer, discounted to $49k

A4 3.2 S-line, black, 13,000kms, bring up from Dallas, ~$43 landed in AB

A6 3.2 S-line, 36,00kms, ibis white, already brought up from California, asking $46k

I'm favouring the two U.S. cars over the new one, but trying to figure out how much discount is appropriate for the high mileage on the A6.

Default the new one is Canadian, right? Seems too high at $49K, but best of bunch. I think that the best bet

would be to get an 09 A4 2.0TFSI Sport as torque brings it close to 3.2. Then you can chip it (which it looks like you are into with your 01.5) and surpass the 3.2. If you are looking for manual, you'd have to wait until March-ish, but it would be cheaper than those 08s. Plus it would keep its value better for resale and the outgoing A4.

At the very least, the new 3.2 should get a better discount.

IMO

13,000kms is nothing and you save $6k... no choice there as you can put the $6k into the mod fund.

Default what ever one is the Canadian 09 A4 2.0T...thats your best bet ;) 258 lbs/ft of torque STOCK

and modable, the V6 is 243 and heavier...just my 2 Cents.
