Default tell me I'm not crazy for getting some rust spots on my car fixed and repainted...
... they are not through hole rust spots yet so Audi won't touch them with a warranty. I'm just tired of looking at the rust bubbles. I'm going to keep my car for the next couple of years anyhow.

I had some bubbling and had Audi fix them, wasn't happy with rust on the car

Audi said to me that until I can see through the rust, they won't cover it under warranty.

I had to fight, but they did cover it. One side had broken, the other was just bubbling.

Default I am in the same boat...
rear quarter panel on the arch of the wheel well. It's driving me nuts, so I think I'll drop by Bramgate VW to get it fixed.

Get a 1/64" drill bit and some hydrogen peroxide or nitric acid.

They are pretty good with rust jobs and apparently BMW guru swear by them.
