V&S Shifter guys: Why is it cheaper for a CDN to buy a shifter with American funds?

Default V&S Shifter guys: Why is it cheaper for a CDN to buy a shifter with American funds?

Have the prices not been updated to reflect present exchange rates?
Looking at them, but was a little suprised...

The Canadian pricing includes taxes and shipping. We set the pricing based on a $1.20 exhange rate.
