...(matching OEM(the one dealer sells, if so) paint vs. the one they mix in independant shops)

So my friend who works in a shop, has time to paint my bumper and some other stuff for me this week. I need the Paint as soon as possible because he would be buissy later on. I was wondering what would be the fastest way to get good paint? Maybe dealer sells it? Or going to an independent shop for them to take the code and than mix it would be faster and cheaper?

As some of you know already, I have an '01 A6(prefacelift, which matters. I know facelifts, '02+ have different green color) 2.7T Q. The color (that i need) itself is called "Racing Green".
