Default you dont need a lawer, you dont even need a help getting out of this one.

Show up, wear a tie, ask for supervision W/ OUT driving school and you should get it. If you are really worried you can do a few other things to almost guaranty you get off completely but you don't need to bother. The violation isn't bad and you have a clean record.

Default the second ticket would need to be in the same county or it does not matter

To clarify you could be on supervision in every county in ill and it would not affect your driving record.... from what i've heard.

Default I got a ticket in Southern IL a year ago and then another in IN shortly after

I got supervision for the first one and the IN ticket never caused the other to go on my record. I think you're right on this, Phil!

Default I've had supervision running concurrently running in Cook Co. and Dupage Co.

This goes back a few years, but last time I was in court the counties didn't really talk to each other as far as this stuff goes.

I don't screw around anymore. I don't have time to wait around in court or go to traffic school (online or not). I pay the extra money and get an attorney. You don't have to wait with all the other maggots in court, you go first and always get better treatment. I once actually didn't even have to go to court, the lawyer took care of everything for me. Well worth the money.
